Rosenstein must be Fired for Obstructing Congressional investigation of Top FBI agent Strzok and the Upper Leadership of the FBI attempting to overturn US Rule of Law
The just released Department of Justice IG report reveals that top FBI agent Peter Strzok and the upper leadership of the FBI were attempting to overturn the rule of law by fixing the last presidential election.
Also, apparently, Department of Justice Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein was obstructing "a congressional investigation" into the FBI scandal according to House Intel Committee Chairman Rep. Devin Nunes.
Personal attorney to President Donald Trump Rudy Giuliani, yesterday, said "Strzok should be in jail":
"Rosenstein and Jeff Sessions have a chance to redeem themselves and that chance comes about tomorrow. It doesn't go beyond tomorrow. Tomorrow, Mueller should be suspended and honest people should be brought in, impartial people to investigate these people like Peter Strzok. Strzok should be in jail by the end of next week."

There is no reason to believe Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein will redeem himself. Rosenstein needs to be fired immediately and replaced by "impartial people to investigate these people like Peter Strzok."
Yesterday, House Intel Committee Chairman Rep. Nunes (R-CA) called the Strzok-Page text messages released with the Department of Justice (DOJ) IG report which were redacted a "classic case of obstruction" against Congress by Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein's DOJ:
"Why did I find out about that, today, at noon?" Nunes asked. "How could that have possibly have been redacted?"
"I mean, this is a classic case of obstruction, but then, the question is, who’s going to go investigate these guys?" he said.
"These are emails or text messages that somebody held from us, so every day that goes by, there is a new example of obstruction of a congressional investigation," Nunes said. "The same people in charge today still believe they can run the clock out, and they're trying to run the clock out for the rest of this Congress so we can't finish our investigations."
"I want to read, to you, an exchange between Lisa Page and Peter Strzok, the star-crossed lovers. She basically said, you know, she was worried (ph) he’s -- Donald Trump’s not going to get elected, right, right. And he answers, basically, don’t worry, we’ll stop it. No, no, no, no, we’ll stop it," FOX News' Ingraham Angle host Laura Ingraham said to the Congressman.
"He was the lead investigator on the Clinton e-mail case," Nunes responded. "He’s the lead investigator that starts off the counter intelligence investigation, using our intelligence agencies to go after and target the Trump campaign. This is the guy who leads that off, but worse than all that, worse than all that, and I just want to repeat what I said, in the opening."

Nunes said his staff has "felt threatened" by Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein and people should be concerned about "obstruction" of a Congressional investigation:
"The staff definitely have felt threatened. Just recently, the staff were all kicked out of the room. What people should be concerned about the most right now is obstruction of a valid congressional investigation by the Department of Justice," House Intel Committee Chairman said.
