Francis Unites Lettergate Fake News Promoter with Disinformation China Propagandist Sorondo in Job Promotion

Today, Francis according to the Catholic News Agency gave a job promotion to the mastermind of the Lettergate disinformation scandal Msgr. Dario Edoardo Vigano to be vice chancellor of the Pontifical Academy of Sciences and the Pontifical Academy of Social Sciences.
(CNA, "Former Vatican  communication chief named vice chancellor the Academy of Sciences," August 31, 2019)

The Lettergate Fake News promoter Msgr. Vigano joins disinformation China propagandist Msgr. Marcelo Sanchez Sorondo who is the chancellor of the two above Pontifical Academies according to Wikipedia.

Sorondo, who is a close aide to Francis, is infamous for his praises of the totalitarian Communist Chinese regime and by implication the disgraceful Francis-China deal which Cardinal Joseph Zen said is the "suicide" of the underground Chinese Catholic Church.

Disinformation promoter Sorondo scandalously praised totalitarian "China for 'best implementing the social doctrine of the Church'" according to Wikipedia.

It appears at the Francis Vatican that one of the best ways to advance your career is to scandalously promote disinformation.

I wish I could Attend daily TLM & how I survive the NO Masses

I love attending the Mass of Masses:

the Traditional Latin Mass (TLM).

I, also, love attending daily Mass, but because of work and time constrains I am forced to go mostly to Novus Ordo (NO) Masses on weekdays.

I am in paradise at the Sunday TLM, but I must go to purgatory for the weekday NO Masses.

The way I survive the NO Mass is by pretending I am at the TLM.

I make zero responses and am silent at the entirety of the NO Mass. I pray the Our Father and creed silently.

At the NO Mass I don't shake hands, but if someone comes to me then I will respectfully nod to them if they are next to me and are attemping the apparent other central moment, for many, of the NO Mass: the handshake.

I pray my rosary, silently, before the readings and often during what apparently many NO priests symbolically seem to think is the central part of the NO Mass: the homily.

I knee during the Holy Consecration when Our crucified Lord and Savoir Jesus Christ is made present by the sacred words of the priest.

I kneel when I receive Our Lord at Holy Communion despite the startled looks of the NO priests.

And even more startling for NO priests, I receive on the tongue. Last week, a elderly NO priest gave me a very slight slap on the face because he was so disconcerted he almost dropped and missed placing the Blessed Sacrament on my tongue.

I feel sorry for him and all NO priests because they don't seem to realize or are blind to the tremendous loss of celebrating the NO "Eucharistic celebration" with it's emphasis on the "dialoguing" with the "people" instead of the Mass of the saints with it's emphasis on adoring Our Lord in the sacrifice of the Mass.

After receiving, I kneel, adore, offer reparation, make petitions, make a short examination of conscience, meditate and silently listen to Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament inside of me until the ending blessing.

I stand when we are supposed to stand then kneel at the priest blessing at the end of Mass.

I generally try to sit in the front row so as not to be distracted by all the immodestly dressed women.

I spend an half hour of thanksgiving and prayer after I receive Holy Communion unless an act of charity forces me to do otherwise.

Most of the time, I can't do my thanksgiving and prayer with Our Lord inside of me in the church so I silently do it as I drive and at home.

And that is my survival guide if one has no choice, but to attend a NO Mass.

When I leave the NO Mass sometimes it feels like I am leaving a battle zone.

I can envision the angels as I leave sounding the battle cry:

Viva Cristo Rey!

Long live Christ the King!
The hour of battle has sounded!
The hour of victory belongs to God!

Remember all you battle worn warriors with so many more battle wounds, all you heroes who make me look like a midget in comparison, never give up and never forget we will win if we don't drop God's war banner. Remember:

The hour of victory belongs to God!

Pray an Our Father now for the restoration of the Church.

Is Francis a Pentecostal?

On June 14, the Jesuit America's headline was:

"Is Francis our first charismatic [Pentecostal] pope?"

In the above article by pro-Francis Austen Ivereigh, the answer was:

"[N]o pope has ever identified as closely with the Catholic Charismatic [Pentecostal] Renewal, nor been so keen to move it to the front and center in the church."

Francis as a cardinal "dropped to his knees on stage to receive the 'blessing' from well-known Charismatic [Pentecostal] Father Raniero Castalamessa OFM and a number of Protestants [apparently Pentecostals] pastors."
(Catholic Family News, "Pope Francis, Pentecostals and Interreligious Action, May 10, 2013)

Francis who never kneels in front of God in the Blessed Sacrament kneeled for a Pentecostal "blessing."

Apparently, for Francis Pentecostalism is more important than God in the Blessed Sacrament.

Is Francis a Pentecostal?

It appears that Francis may be the reason that Catholics are "rapidly" becoming Pentecostals in Argentina:

"Pentecostalism has been rapidly growing in Argentina, drawing away large numbers of Catholics."
( Church Militant, "Argentina Poll: Catholic Church out of top 100 Influential Institutions," January 4, 2017)

Is Francis in love with the Amazon because the majority of the population is probably Pentecostal and in some areas "80 percent" Pentecostal because of Latin American bishops like Francis?
(LifeSiteNews, Amazon bishop: Synod document fails to mention area's huge pedophilia problem, Pentecostalism," August 26, 2019)

Is Pentecostalism a heresy?

The religion expert Fr. John Hardon answered this question:

"I personally believe, latter-day Pentecostalism is in the same stream with Gnosticism, Montanism, and Illuminatism.... There are grave needs in the Church today... we must use the means of centuries old Christian wisdom... Pentecostalism is not one of this means."
The Real Presence, Pentecostalism: Evaluating a Phenomenal)

This is what Bishop Fulton Sheen said:

"There just isn't any such thing as a charismatic Church."
(Academia.edu, "Why the Current Practice of asking for and Speaking in the 'Gifts of Tongues' should stop in the Catholic Movements")

Communists & Modernists believe in "Equality" and Mass Murder

Our Lady of Fatima warned about the errors of Russia that can be summed up as the idolatry of "equality" which leads to mass murder.

The Communists to achieve their utopia of "equality" murdered millions upon millions.

The Modernists to achieve their utopia of the "equality" of all men above God promoted the evil ideas:

- that man is greater than God: man's subjective conscience is greater than God's moral law or Amoris Laetitia

- about the "equality" of all religions: Abu Dhabi

- about the "equality" of evil with good under the guise of "mercy": Amoris Laetitia.

In doing this they have murdered millions upon millions of souls.

Pray an Our Father now for the restoration of the Church.

Does "Communist" Francis's only Book demonstrate he "Favors... [Marxist] Cuban Dictatorship... [&] Authoritarianism"?

The Jesuit Post reported that the authoritarian dictatorship friendly Francis's Vatican joined authoritarian Cuba and Communist China in refusing to recognize the "internationally-recognized interim president" of Venezuela Juan Guaido:

Guaido['s]... team was in Italy on February 11 seeking... for recognition, they also met with representatives of the Vatican."
(The Jesuit Post, "Will Pope Francis Save Venezuela," February 25, 2019)

Pope Francis's Vatican refused to recognize Guaido.

If Francis's Vatican had recognized Guaido it is possible that the Venezuelan military backing may have crumbled for the authoritarian dictatorship of Nicolas Maduro.

This is consistent with Francis's behavior toward the leftist regime. He has never condemned the dictator and has continued to be friendly to the regime leader Maduro calling for "dialogue" which has helped the strongman stay in power even as he continues to oppress and starve the people of his country.

Might the reason Francis is supportive of the leftist authoritarian dictatorship of Maduro be because, like his allies Cuba and China, he is a "Communist"?

Francis is apparently "'one of'" the leftist "'Jesuits [who] were penetrated by the Communists, and Bergoglio was one of them'" reported journalist  according to those who know him the best, the Argentinean people:

"One stop on the tour is the confessional at the Basilica of St. Joseph where Bergoglio supposedly decided to become a Jesuit. My guide laughed at that yarn. “The dates don’t even match up in the official accounts. In fact, he had decided years before,” he said. He added that Bergoglio’s reason for entering the order was not spiritual but political: he knew the order was rapidly moving to the left and he was eager to take that ideological journey."

“'The Jesuits were penetrated by the Communists, and Bergoglio was one of them,' observed a journalist. Indeed, Bergoglio had received his political education at the knee of a Paraguayan communist named Esther Ballestrino, who was his boss at a Buenos Aires laboratory after he got the equivalent of a high school degree in chemistry. Bergoglio has said that he 'owes' much to that 'great woman.' He has gushed about how she introduced him to communist periodicals and literature and regaled him with stories of the 'Rosenberg trial.'”

Moreover, Jose Azel, a senior scholar at the University of Miami, wrote that Francis in his only book, "Dialogos," shows:

Francis "favors socialism... Cuban dictatorship... [the] authoritarian role for the state... [and] not... the people."

Azel in the respected international relations quarterly journal World Affairs wrote a review of the book by Francis, which he wrote in 1998 while he was still the then Archbishop of Buenos Aires, which apparently the Vatican doesn't want publicized or read.

The Vatican if it publicized Jorge Mario Bergoglio's book, "Dialogos Entre Juan Pablo y Fidel Castro [Dialogue between John Paul II and Fidel Castro]," could make Francis a best selling author.

But, apparently Francis doesn't want the public to know the extent of his Communist tendencies and sympathies.

The Spanish speaking Azel in his review of the book reported "[i]n my reading of the pope's complex Spanish prose...":

- "he favors socialism over capitalism provided it incorporates theism..."

- "He does not take issue with Fidel Castro's claim that 'Karl Marx's doctrine is very close to the Sermon on the Mount'... "

- "... and views the Cuban polity [form of government] as in harmony with the Church's social doctrine..."

- "... Francis leaves no doubt that he sympathizes with the Cuban dictatorship..."

- "... and that he is not a fan of liberal democracy or markets..."

- "... He clearly believes in a very large, authoritarian role for the state in social and economic affairs..." demonstrate

- "... his language in the prologue is reminiscent of the 'liberation theology'... very intertwined [with] Marxist ideology. Fathered by Peruvian priest Gustavo Gutierrez, the movement provided the intellectual foundations that, with Cuban support, served to orchestrate' wars of national liberation' throughout the continent. It's iconography portrayed Jesus as a guerrilla an AK-47 slung over his shoulder..."

- "... Francis speaks of a 'shared solidarity'... that solidarity appears to be with the undemocratic, illegitimate authority in Cuba and not with the people..."

- "... Cubans will remember that this pope had a choice between freedom and authoritarianism."
( World Affairs, "Whose Pope? Francis and Cuba," Fall 2015)

The University of Miami senior scholar Azel in the article in his own translation of the book quotes Francis writing:

"[N]eoliberal capitalism is a model that subordinates human beings and conditions development to pure market forces... thus humanity attends a cruel spectacle that crystallizes the enrichment of the few at the expense of the impoverishment of the many."

However, many supporters of Francis, despite the evidence, will claim he is not a "Communist" or a leftist because he said when asked if his is a leftist:

"'Some people might say some things sounded slightly more left-ish, but that would be a mistake of interpretation,' he said before landing in the U.S. late Tuesday afternoon for his historic trip. 'If you want me to pray the creed, I’m willing to do it.'”

"He underscored the point: 'It is I who follows the church … my doctrine on all this … on economic imperialism, is that of the social doctrine of the church.'”

But, again, the people who know him best, the Argentinean people, explain that is just a Peronist lie according to the Neumayr article:

"Argentine Catholics describe Bergoglio as an ecclesiastical Peron — a ruthless, socialism-addled chameleon willing to tell any lie and try any low tactic to preserve power."

“'Peron used to say he is a weather vane, that he moved where the wind went,' a journalist said to me.' Bergoglio was like that too. On Monday he was a liberal. On Tuesday he was a conservative. On Wednesday he was a liberal again. And so on.'”

But, some Catholics will defend Francis saying the Church doesn't condemn Communism or Socialism. But, again, they are wrong:

"The Decree Against Communism was a 1949 Catholic Church document issued by the Supreme Sacred Congregation of the Holy Office, and approved by Pope Pius XII, which declared Catholics who professed Communist doctrine to be excommunicated as apostates from the Christian faith."

"Opposition to Socialism and Communism in Catholic social teaching had already been expressed in the teachings of popes since the encyclicals Nostis et nobiscum (1849), Quanta cura (1864), and Rerum novarum (1891)."

"In the earlier social encyclicals the criticism of Communism described it as a system violating human rights: e.g., the right to own property. After revolutions in Russia, China, and Mexico had been followed by religious persecution, a new theme of criticism was added, beginning with Quadragesimo anno (1931) by Pope Pius XI. This encyclical objected to Communism's professed opposition to religion, and its threat to the freedom and the very existence of the Church.[1] In 1937, Pius XI rejected atheistic communism in an encyclical entitled Divini Redemptoris as "a system full of errors and sophisms", with a "pseudo-ideal of justice, equality, and fraternity" and "a certain false mysticism",[1] and contrasted it with a humane society (civitas humana)."

The evidence points to Francis being a Communist or, at the minimum, a Socialist who is a totalitarian Communist sympathizer.

In either case, Francis's belief in Communism or Socialism is opposed by "Catholic social teaching [that] had already been expressed in the teachings of popes since the encyclicals Nostis et nobiscum (1849), Quanta cura (1864), and Rerum novarum (1891)."

If Francis is a Communist then he is by "Pope Pius XII... excommunicated as [a apostate] from the Christian faith."

Is Francis trying to make Argentina the next Venezuela?

The Financial Times reported that the leftist Peronist party factions by the engineering of Francis were reunited and are poised to win in the upcoming elections due to his meddling in Argentine politics:

"Francis encouraged Alberto's reconciliation with Cristina [Fernandez de Kirchner], said a close adviser of [the likely next Argentine president] Alberto Fernandez."
(Financial Times, "Argentina's opposition reunited with Pope's blessing," August 17, 2019)

Fernandez appears to be following Francis's lead in being friendly to the Venezuelan Socialist dictatorship.

Francis who has never condemned the dictator and has continued to be friendly to the regime leader Nicolas Maduro calling for "dialogue" which has helped the strongman stay in power even as he continues to starve his country.

The Buenos Aires Times reported:

"Fernandez said this week that his government would seek to create a dialogue with Venezuela, rather than call for Maduro's immediate ouster."
(Buenos Aires Times, "Alberto Fernandez to break with Macro's approach to Venezuela crisis, if elected," August 23, 2019)

It appears that the leftist Peronist Fernandez is not just friendly to the Venezuelan Socialist regime, but might make Argentina the next Venezuela.

The prospect of a leftist Peronist victory in the next election has already caused the collapse of the Argentine peso.

Is Argentina going to follow Venezuela as the next major Latin American country to fall into economic collapse?

Homosexualist Bp. Hubbard's Connection to Communist Friendly Hong Kong Cdl. Tong

Recently accused of sex abuse Bishop Howard Hubbard is widely known for promoting homosexuality when he was bishop of Albany.

A Church Militant article reported that there was "rampant homosexuality among the Albany clergy" when he headed the diocese. Moreover, the article revealed:

"Bp. Hubbard helped found and currently sits as vice president of the board of, a pro-abortion, pro-homosexual, communist front organization."
(Church Militant, "Accused Bishop is Vice President of Catholic-Funded Communist Front Group," August, 23, 2019)

The pro-Communist homosexualist Hubbard has a connection to a adviser of the Chinese Communist friendly Hong Kong Cardinal John Tong Hon.

Whereas Cardinal Joseph Zen said the Francis China deal was a act of "'suicide,' Tong said opposing the deal was 'unreasonable.' He argued that the [Communist] government has generally become more tolerant."
(Catholic World Report, "Analysis: Francis, China, and the art of a deal," March 28, 2018)

A adviser of Tong is Chinese Communist friendly Anthony Lam Ze-kiun who said laughably and beyond the pale of believability that the Francis China "deal between both sides would help solve problems... because [the totalitarian regime in] Beijing was often worried about which priest would be ordained."
(http:.. scmp.com... article/ 1999710 Beijing-vatican- reach- initial-accord- appointment-bishops, It appears this article has been deleted from the internet)

Lam according to the Holy Spirit Study Center, Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong (Catholic.org.. hk/en/) website says he works with and apparently for Marynoll Fr. Peter J. Barry.

According to the The (Troy) Record, "Barry celebrated... a 50th anniversary Mass... followed by a reception... Among the friends were Bishop Emeritus Howard Hubbard."
(The Record, "Local preacher celebrates 50 years of priesthood," July 26, 2015.)

It appears that one reason that the Hong Kong Cardinal, besides being appointed by Francis, is so Communist friendly is because a friend of pro-Communist Hubbard is in a inner circle of Tong.

Moreover, the National Catholic Register reported Francis appointed Chinese Communist friendly Tong was soft on the the Hong Kong extradition law until there was a "huge wave of popular protests":

"Cardinal Joseph Zen was the first to speak out against the extradition law... Cardinal Tong was more discreet than Cardinal Zen... But in the face of the huge wave of popular protests, Cardinal Tong harden his position."
(National Catholic Register, "Why are Christians at the Forefront of Hong Kong's Protests Against Extradition Law," June 22, 2019)

The world is still waiting for the Communist Chinese friendly Francis to speak out against the extradition law.

Apparently "Francis Mourns Melted Iceland Glacier" for Melting in Heat of Summer & not "almost 100%" Aborted Down Syndrome Babies

On August 19, LifeSiteNews headlined "Pope Francis mourns Iceland glacier... the nation which aborts almost 100% of babies with Down syndrome."

According to the article, while Francis wasn't morning the killed babies or asking that pro-abortion Iceland "built a funeral monument" for the murdered Down syndrome unborn, he apparently pantheistically acted as if ice is a person in saying:

"I read about a huge glacier in Iceland that melted almost completely: they built a funeral monument."

It appears Francis might have been talking about NASA so-called scientists taking photos of glaciers melting in the summer heat claiming this proves global warming and even starting a investigation into "why ice melts in the summer."
(Natural News, "NASA takes pictures of glaciers in the heat of the summer, then claims, 'They're MELTING!", August 23, 2019)

The article, also, said Space.com reported that "one of the largest glaciers in Greenland is growing and that ocean water temperatures in the region are the coldest they've been since the 1980's."
(Space.com, "Fastest-Thinning Greenland Glacier Threw NASA Scientists for a Loop. It's Actually Growing," March 29, 2019)

Are Leftist Mark Shea "Catholics" Enforced Group Thought Zombies?

After the Catholic Monitor comment section was invaded by the profane Mark Shea minions I started wondering:

Why do Leftist Shea "Catholics" seem like zombies?

I use "Catholic" in quotes because I wonder how can a Catholic act the way they do and not go to Confession and repent with a firm amendment not to do it again.

But, I forgot they believe adulterers don't need to go to Confession or repent of adultery and must be allowed to commit the sacrilege of being allowed to go to Communion in their sin.

Anyway, the experienced blog commenter Agua answered my zombie question in the Catholic Monitor comment section today:

"Mark Shea blocked me years ago for simply raising a point he couldn't answer... Lefty Catholics can't tolerate opposing views. I can disagree with a actual Catholic on their blog and have extended conversations on most controversial topics. Good stuff. Exchanges lively and friendly. Edifying. Leftist blogs are defined by blocking all who disagree. Leftist block. Always... I find them boring in their enforced uniformity... Enforced group-thought does not interest me."

Remedy against "Extraordinary Demonic Activity"

Yesterday, I did a post on Mark Shea and the Catholic Monitor comment section was invaded by Shea's minions with rude, hateful and sick demonic comments.  I deleted all the sick demonic comments and some of the rude and hateful one and one stupid one claiming G. K. Chesterton would approve their ugliness.

It felt like hell entered the Catholic Monitor so it seemed like a proper time to write about the "beginning part of a remedy" against "extraordinary demonic activity" as written by the scholar and exorcist Fr. Chad Ripperger:

"One must have an authentic conversion of life and go to Confession regularly. All sexually perverted activity, homosexuality, violence, drug use, abortion, and superstitious practices and direct invocation of the demonic must cease... [including] living in irregular marriages [adulterous "marriages" despite what Francis's Amoris Laetitia teaches]."

Mark Shea & His Patheos' Lap Dog are Good for a Few Laughs until we Remember they're Complicit with Francis's Sex Abuse Cover-ups

Mark Shea and a lap dog of his Scott Eric Alt have been on the attack at Patheos which Wikipedia says is a "spirituality site" that includes "Catholic, Progressive Christian, Nonreligious and Pagan Channels."

The two leftist "Progressive" collaborators over the last few days have been attacking the Catholic aggregator website Canon 212, Cardinal Raymond Burke and Catholic Patrick Coffin so it seemed like a good time to shine the light on Shea and his friend which for me can be amusing at times.

I found it ridiculous and at the same time laughable in the contrast between the two when the Catholic philosophy scholar Edward Feser judiciously and painstakingly embarrassed the boorish yet obtuse Shea. Please don't mistake obtuse with obese which, also, describes Mark; it means annoyingly insensitive and slow to understand.

It was amusing because the arrogant Shea apparently wasn't aware that he was making himself look ridiculous over and over again. Feser is right when he says that Shea is "deranged," but because Mark is so self righteous and obtuse I found it good for a few laughs. Here are, at times, the funny posts with a brief summary:

"Not too long ago, Catholic writer Mark Shea and I had an exchange on the subject of capital punishment.  See this post, this one, and this one for my side of the exchange and for links to Shea’s side of it.  A friend emails to alert me that Shea has now made some remarks at Facebook about the forthcoming book on the subject that I have co-authored with Joe Bessette.  'Deranged' might seem an unkind description of Shea and his comments.  Sadly, it’s also a perfectly accurate description."

Shea recently said "Mike Lewis of Where Peter Is... is getting a bunch of hate from the guy who runs Canon212."

The ironic thing is that "hatred" and "incoherence" are the words that best describe Shea as Feser illustrates:

"Needless to say, religious people can be guilty of the same thing, which brings me to my other example.  As my longtime readers know, Mark Shea is what you get when you marry the letter of Catholicism to the spirit and style of New Atheist polemic.  Take your average rant from one of Coyne’s or P. Z. Myers’ teenage combox dwellers and replace the shrill and superficial secularist content with some shrill and superficial theology, and you essentially have your typical Shea blog post or Facebook entry.  Very different targets, but the same venom.  Though at one time he devoted his efforts to writing helpful works of popular apologetics, Shea has in recent years become utterly obsessed with left-wing politics, and with demonizing any of his fellow Catholics who do not share his politics.  And unlike Coyne, he is no longer even occasionally interesting.  He has a little bag of talking points, epithets, and caricatures he’s mostly borrowed from others (“Right Wing Noise Machine,” “Christianist,” etc., Always All In Caps) and robotically pulls one or two out of the bag and flings them at whichever person is the object of his hatred on any particular day.  Snore."

"... Shea and other left-wing Catholics tend to take the view that the contemporary Church has much deeper moral understanding than the Church of the past did.  In particular, they hold that the views expressed by Pope Francis and other contemporary churchmen on topics like capital punishment, torture, religious liberty, interreligious dialogue, divorce and remarriage, feminism, homosexuality, social justice, etc. reflect a deeper understanding of the demands of the Gospel, and of the dignity of the human person, than was possessed by churchmen of the past.  When modern popes and other churchmen apologize for the sins of the historical Church, or suggest (as Pope Francis has) that churchmen of the past had 'a mentality more legalistic than Christian' and a 'concern for preserving power and material wealth' that 'prevented a deeper understanding of the Gospel,' these progressive Catholics applaud, and regard such actions as evidence that today’s Church has matured morally, spiritually, and doctrinally."

"In short, if anyone is plausibly accused of thinking that contemporary Catholics are the 'Greatest Catholics of All Time,' it is Shea and Catholics of like mind.  Like Coyne, Shea is criticizing people he dislikes for an attitude that in other contexts he takes himself, and approves of in others."

"What explains such incoherence?  The answer is that hatred blinds the intellect.  More precisely, and as I discussed in a blog post on wrath and its daughters, anger that is excessive or otherwise disordered has as one of its byproducts what Aquinas calls “clamor” or “disorderly and confused speech.”  Anger has the function of prodding us to make things right when in some way they are not – when there is some injustice to be redressed, some error to be corrected, or what have you.  When guided by reason, anger can result in coherent speech and action, but in a wrathful person anger comes to dominate reason, and he lashes out incoherently.  If he’s frenzied enough, he may even lash out with a condemnation he would in other contexts regard as a commendation."

Next, we get to Shea's lap dog Scott Eric Alt. A commenter at the website Daffy Thoughts tells us about Mark and his lap dog as well as how supposedly Catholic and pro-life Alt is:

"Catholic Layman February 23, 2019 at 4:45 PM

Mark Shea is Mark Shea's biggest fan outside of Scott Eric Alt of course. Scott is very close to being his number 1 fan. The guy applauds everything Shea does. Quite hilarious to watch. Reminds me of the old cartoon dog. Are we friends George?"

- "CatholicLaymanJanuary 30, 2019 at 8:04 PM

Here is another member of that Patheos group Scott Eric Alt (Don't call me leftist) even though I support everything on the left and what he said about abortion.

Scott Eric Alt shared a post.
2 hrs ·
Ye Olde Pro Life Movement has done its
stated goal no favors by portraying women who have abortions as selfish, instead of (1) having compassion on the fear and poverty that leads the LARGE majority of women to abort; (2) advocating *public* assistance programs to help women who find themselves in these circumstances."
Alt in his recent post attacking Cardinal Burke made himself look ridiculous when he wrote:

"CWR: Some people are saying that the pope could separate himself from communion with the Church. Can the pope legitimately be declared in schism or heresy?
Burke: If a Pope would formally profess heresy he would cease, by that act, to be the Pope. It’s automatic. And so, that could happen.
CWR: That could happen.
Burke: Yes.

I noted at the time why Burke was wrong. In the first place, the Church has dogmatically taught that a pope can not “formally profess” heresy. (To hold that such a thing is possible is itself a heresy, if we’re to believe Vatican I.)"

Vatican I Expert Fr. Chad Ripperger, PhD, in his book "Magisterial Authority" shows Alt to be 100% wrong and even "proximate to heresy":

"[T]reat[ing] all papal statements as if they are infallible... is proximate to heresy because it rejects the precise formulation of the conditions of infallibility as laid out in by Vatican I... by essentially saying that the pope is infallible regardless of conditions."

"... Worse still, those who were to follow a pope who was in error in a non-infallible teaching which is taught contrary to something that is infallible is not, therefore, excused."
(Magisterial Authority, Pages 5-14)

Next, Alt attacks Patrick Coffin for saying:

"Some Catholics are wondering if it’s permissible to investigate whether or not the 1995 Apostolic Constitution Universi Dominici Gregis by St. John Paul II [Actually, UDG came out in 1996.], who laid down the norms for future papal conclaves, whether those rules were violated and whether or not the whole election of Pope Francis might be invalid. Is there any foundation to that speculation?"

Burke  told Patrick Coffin there are "grounds... for calling into question the validity of the [Francis] election" and, moreover, said "I don't think I have the facts, and there have to be facts, to prove that."
(Patrick Coffin show, "Dubia Cardinal Goes on Record - Raymond Cardinal Burke," 19:55 to 21:46)

After this, Shea's lap dog apparently claims it is impossible for a supposed pope to be a antipope, but again the evidence goes against him and again he is wrong:

St. Bernard of Clairvaux single handedly investigated if the supposed Pope Anacletus II was a pope or a antipope.

St. Bernard found in his investigation that despite the fact that Anacletus received a majority of the votes of the cardinals he was a antipope because the previous Pope made a conclave constitution that said the majority of "a commission of eight cardinals should... choose the next Pope" and not the majority of the cardinals.
(Warren Carroll's "The Glory of Christendom, Pages 36 to 37)

The renowned Catholic historian Carroll Warren wrote:

"Papal election procedures are governed by the prescription of the last Pope... A Papal claimant not following these methods is also an Antipope."
(http://ewtn.com/ library/ homelibr/antipope.txt)

Next, Alt apparently claims there is no possibility that Pope Benedict XVI's resignation was irregular (in for example if he resigned because of pressure or duress thus possibly making it invalid) and then writes:

"Then Mr. Coffin raises another possibility... But what if Benedict’s resignation was irregular?"

"...“Burke is too close to the schismatic rails,” says Dr. Goldstein. Indeed. He’s dangling his toe in the waters of schism."
But, even the obtuse Alt's beloved pro-Francis Cardinal Walter Kasper and liberal canon law expert Nicholas Cafardi must be "too close to the schismatic rails' for saying that it is "difficult, if not impossible" for a pope to resign "if a political faction in the Church is trying to force it."
(Reuters, "Can the pope's accusers force him to resign?", September 3018 and LifeSiteNews, Cdl. Kasper: A 'forced resignation' of Pope Francis would be invalid,"  January 30, 2019)

Dr TaylorMarshall narrates the duress or pressure that Benedict was in at the time in his August 27, 2018 YouTube video "Dr. Taylor Marshall ties together Vatican financial scandal with homosexual activity":

"[T]hose three cardinals expose moral rot, sexual deviancy, that is paired with financial irregularity."

"This is what moves the pope to resignation. And just to make sure there is enough pressure on him to do it and do it quick something funny goes on with the Vatican Bank beginning on Jan 1, 2013."

Finally we get to the serious problem with Shea and his lap dog which isn't funny:

Why are Shea and Alt complicit in Francis's sex abuse cover-ups?

In 2002, Shea wrote about the problem:

"[R]ankest clericalism... not protecting innocent children from sexual predators... Bishops [that includes the Bishop of Rome presently Pope Francis] who repeatedly and knowingly lied to victims and exposed still more victims to the depredation of these men [sex abusing priests] should face the consequences of their actions."
("Shaken by Scandals: Catholics speak out about priests' sexual abuse," Page  102-103)

If Shea and Alt aren't hypocrites and complicit then they needs to call for Francis to "face the consequences" of "expos[ing] more victims to" McCarrick, Murphy-O'Connor, Zanchetta, Inzoli, Grassi, Pardo and the "sexual abuse" predator priest list goes on.

The latest being on Jun 10, when Crux reported a "personal friend" of Francis was charged with "aggravated continuous sexual abuse":

"Argentine Bishop Gustavo Zanchetta... was charged with 'aggravated continuous sexual abuse committed by a minister of a religious organization'..."

"[He was charged] by the prosecutor’s office in the Argentine northern province of Salta. The bishop was charged with “aggravated continuous sexual abuse committed by a minister of a religious organization. Zanchetta, the former bishop of Oran, was accused of “strange behavior” in 2015 when a diocesan secretary found pornographic pictures on the prelate’s phone. The images included gay porn featuring young men, but not minors, as well as images of Zanchetta touching himself. They were allegedly sent to unknown third parties."
[

LifeSiteNews reported that "Zanchetta was a personal friend of the Holy Father":

"[T]he words of the priest who signed the second document [testimony], "Zanchetta was a personal friend of the Holy Father."
(LifeSiteNews, "Pope Francis knew of Bishop's abuse years before Vatican posting, new document indicate," February 27, 2019)

Or when on September 24, 2018, LifeSiteNews reported that another "friend" of Francis was protected by him from a credible allegation when he blocked an investigation of a abused woman who credibly accused a group of priests including Francis's friend Cardinal Cormac Murphy-O'Connor.

The woman, also, accused, among the group of priests, the pedophile priest Fr. Michael "Hill [of] abus[ing] her in the late 1960s, there were several other priests present and involved. She claims that Murphy-O'Connor was among them":

"Pope Francis told Cardinal Gerhard Müller in 2013 to stop investigating abuse allegations against British Cardinal Cormac Murphy-O'Connor, according to a highly-placed Vatican source who spoke to Marco Tossati. Murphy-O'Connor, as a member of the “Sankt [St.] Gallen mafia,” played a pivotal role in getting Jorge Bergoglio elected Pope in 2013."

"...The lady who accused Murphy-O'Connor himself of abuse, claims that when Hill abused her in the late 1960s, there were several other priests present and involved. She claims that Murphy-O'Connor was among them. She, who then lived in what is now the Diocese of Arundel and Brighton, had entered in the early 2000s into an agreement with the Diocese and received £40,000 payment for the abuse of Father Hill."

And yet more, the Deus Ex Machina blog in a post titled "This Might Sound Crazy, But this Question Needs to be Asked" said that Francis's inner circle is a "WHO’S WHO of the homo-mafia":

"It appears as if it’s a WHO’S WHO of the homo-mafia in the upper echelons of the post-conciliar church."

I mean, it’s like Francis has a LIST of names of the worst HOMOHERETICS in the post-conciliar church and is promoting them, with their entire entourages to the highest levels of the government of the Vatican."

Moreover, the blog had a video to illustrate the point:

"[T]his here caught the ever gazeful eye of this humble blogger, not to mention his news feed filters:"

The Catholic Argentinian website the Wanderer on October 23, 2014 posted "Unmasking Bergoglio" where it said "Bergoglio [Francis] always had the 'gay agenda'" and bestowed "constant protection that he lavished on many homosexual priests":

"Bergoglio always had the "gay agenda" among his plans... It is a question of asking the Buenoairean clergy about the constant protection that he lavished on many homosexual priests."

"... Cardinal Bergoglio as Primate... of the Argentine Episcopal Conference... "[had a] "star"... of the Argentine Episcopate. The great theologian... of the poor [Archbishop Juan Carlos Maccarone]."

"Until... in March 2005 a video appeared in which the archbishop appeared having sexual games with a young man... Pope Benedict XVI... immediately removed [him from his]... position [as bishop]."

"The reaction of Bergoglio"

"By a letter that Maccarone himself directed in [to] his bother bishops, it can be easily deduced that the entire Argentine episcopal gang knew of his weakness... And, in spite of that, they promoted him to the episcopal office."

"... Bergoglio... issued a statement in which he expressed his 'gratitude' to the former bishop [Maccarone]."

"... The spokesman of the arzobipado porteno went out to say... the [sex] video corresponded to "the private life of Bishop Maccarone."

Jimmy Burns in his book "Francis, Pope of Good Promise" after referencing that "Maccarone resigned" because of the "videotape showing the bishop having 'intimate relations'" wrote:

"Bergoglio's own spokesman, rather than focus on Maccarone's political links with Kirchner, jumped to the bishop's defense claiming he had been set up."

"... Fortunato Millimaci, a Buenos Aires sociologist [said]... 'This means that the idea of the Catholic Church as a moral reference of a Catholic nation is very strongly in doubt... It shows that a double standard exists within the Church [of Bergoglio] itself.'" (Pages 231-232)

Francis's inner circle since leaving Argentina is largely composed of the gay lobby and those who covered-up for them:

Business Standard, September 19, 2017:

Francis's Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith perfect Archbishop Ferrer will go to trail for "complicity in alleged cover-up" of paedophile priest.

The Telegraph, July 19, 2013:

"Pope's [Francis's] 'eyes and ears' in Vatican bank [allegedly] 'had string of homosexual affairs'... [Battista] Ricca is a trusted confidante of the Pope"

LifeSiteNews, March 7,2018:

Francis's closest advisor in the C9 papal inner circle Cardinal Oscar Rodriguez Maradiaga left in charge of his Honduras archdiocese his close confidant Bishop Juan Pineda "accused of 'abusing seminarians, having a string of male lovers.'"

National Catholic Reporter, April 29, 2014:

Francis's close advisor in C9 papal inner circle Cardinal "Errazuriz [and his]... successor... [Cardinal] Ezzati" "Chilean cardinals close to pope stained by abuse cover-ups" of priest sex abuser of Juan Carlos Cruz.

BBC, August 29, 2010 & LifeSiteNews, September 16, 2017:

Francis collaborator invited by Pope to be number two representative in family synod "Belgian Cardinal Danneels condoned sex-abuse silence."

The Week, January 3, 2017:

"Pope Francis and his cardinal allies... known to interfere...  on abuse cases... Consider case of [serial sex-abuser] Fr. Mauro Inzoli... Francis returned him to the priestly state."

Vebuumdei.blogspot, June 23, 2014 & Catholic Monitor, April 18, 2017:

Chiesa, December 16, 2016:

Francis's Friends: One is now "Charged with 'Aggravated Continuous Sexual Abuse'" & Another was Accused of Gang "Abuse" of Girl

On Jun 10, Crux reported a "personal friend" of Francis was charged with "aggravated continuous sexual abuse":

"Argentine Bishop Gustavo Zanchetta... was charged with 'aggravated continuous sexual abuse committed by a minister of a religious organization'..."

"[He was charged] by the prosecutor’s office in the Argentine northern province of Salta. The bishop was charged with “aggravated continuous sexual abuse committed by a minister of a religious organization. The images included gay porn featuring young men, but not minors, as well as images of Zanchetta touching himself. They were allegedly sent to unknown third parties."

Francis's "personal friend" Archbishop Gustavo Zanchetta, who apparently lives "in Casa Santa Marta, where Francis himself resides," is a gay pervert according to the document.
(Lifesitenews, "Vatican sex abuse cover-up unravels as prosecutors home in on bishop protected by Pope Francis," February 18, 2019)

That is unless the testimony on Zanchetta by Argentinian Church officials is only them lying through their teeth about the "personal friend" of Francis.

Is lying through your teeth about your boss's "personal friend" something any normal person is going to do?

To put this situation in perspective, imagine President Donald Trump's personal friend being a pervert who lived in the same residence as the president.

Or better yet, imagine you had a personal friend who was a pervert living in your residence.

What would that say about you?

Generally, most normal people's personal friends who live in the same residence with them are like them in beliefs and lifestyle or they usually aren't their friend nor living in their residence.

What does it say, if it is true, that Francis's "personal friend" who apparently lives in his residence is a gay pervert?

Moreover, on September 24, 2018, LifeSiteNews reported that another "friend" of Francis was protected by him from a credible allegation when he blocked an investigation of a abused woman who credibly accused a group of priests including Francis's friend Cardinal Cormac Murphy-O'Connor.

The woman, also, accused, among the group of priests, the pedophile priest Fr. Michael "Hill [of] abus[ing] her in the late 1960s, there were several other priests present and involved. She claims that Murphy-O'Connor was among them":

She claims that Murphy-O'Connor was among them. She, who then lived in what is now the Diocese of Arundel and Brighton, had entered in the early 2000s into an agreement with the Diocese and received £40,000 payment for the abuse of Father Hill."

The website The Eponymous Flower summed up the Francis cover-up:

"Marco Tosatti, together with the Canadian news website LifeSiteNews, now raises serious allegations against Pope Francis. His gratitude to his great election victory went so far as to stop investigations by the Congregation of the Faith against Murphy-O'Connor. Tosatti refers to a 'Vatican source', which he describes as a 'prominent former figure of the Roman Curia.'”

"The incident took place in June 2013, three months after the election of Pope Francis. The Prefect of the Faith, Gerhard Müller, was celebrating Mass with a group of German students when his secretary came to him and whispered in his ear that Pope Francis wanted to speak to him immediately. The Pope does not care if he is celebrating. He wanted to talk to him right now. In the sacristy, the Prefect of Faith met a "frustrated" Francis. He gave him the unequivocal order to immediately stop the initial proceedings against a friend of the pope."

"The 'Friend of the Pope,' Tosatti said, was no lesser than Cardinal Murphy-O-Connor. There was an investigation against the former Archbishop of Westminister from the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, of situation reported by a woman claiming to have been abused by a priest at the age of 13/14. For fifteen years she had tried in vain to draw attention to her case without being heard by the competent authorities. The highest competent body was Cardinal Murphy-O-Connor. Finally, she turned directly to the Congregation of the Faith in Rome."

Francis's "friend" Murphy-O'Connor was not only "involved" in the credible allegation of the gang "abuse" of a girl "13 or 14 years of age," but covered-up for the pedophile Hill:

"LifeSiteNews reached out to a reliable source from England who is very well informed about exactly that same lady who had been accusing the English cardinal. According to this English source, the lady has never gone public with her charges. But she has been in contact with Church authorities for about 15 years now, without ever having received a thorough investigation of her claims. This lady is already an acknowledged abuse victim, having received a settlement from the Archdiocese. She had been abused, when she was 13 or 14 years of age, by Father Michael Hill."

"The pedophile Father Hill was imprisoned for five years in 2002 for abusing three minor children between 10 and 14. He had previously been imprisoned, in 1997, also for abusing children. He is thought to have attacked about 30 boys between his ordination in 1960 and the late 1980s. As The Guardian put it at the time: “His case is particularly notorious because the church's leader, Cardinal Cormac Murphy-O'Connor, gave him a post despite warnings that he had abused young boys.” Hill had been moved to different parishes, in spite of the ongoing complaints of parents. Finally he underwent therapy in the 1980s."

"Murphy-O'Connor, then bishop of the Diocese of Arundel and Brighton, had appointed Hill in 1985 and made him chaplain at Gatwick Airport. Hill then was charged with abusing a teenager with learning difficulties who had missed a flight and was visiting the airport's chapel."

'As later reports showed, Murphy-O'Connor had been warned by therapists that Hill would be abusive again. Murphy-O'Connor accepted that the diocese should pay compensation to those victims of Hill, but requested their silence on the matter of their abuse. Murphy-O'Connor had also been accused of trying to pay hush money to Father Hill – some £50,000 to buy his silence when he was released from prison. Murphy-O'Connor “utterly” denied that claim. It was said that a junior bishop made the offer on his behalf during a visit to Hill's Belmarsh prison in London."

"... As The Guardian puts it: 'A few months after his election, the former Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio was apparently lightheartedly to credit Murphy-O’Connor, when the two met at a papal audience. The pope pointed to his old friend and said, 'You’re to blame!'”

Murphy-O’Connor, it became clear, was an old friend of Bergoglio. As The Guardian's obituary states, Murphy-O'Connor called Pope Francis 'my man': 'And, of course, his [Murphy-O'Connor's] presence in Rome in 2013 [was in order] to witness the election of his friend as Pope Francis. He looked on in pleasure at the impact made by the Argentinian whom he liked, jokingly, to refer to as 'my man.''”

Cdl. Burke's Choice: Be Another St. Bernard or be a Useful Idiot

If Cardinal Raymond Burke believes that the Amazon Synod "document is an apostasy" and he knows Francis is the force behind the "apostasy" document then in the name of the red hat which symbolizes martyrdom that he wears he must act despite the consequences.
(LifeSiteNews, "Cardinal Burke: Amazon synod working doc is 'apostasy', cannot become Church teaching." August 13, 2019)

Is Francis the driving force behind the Instrumentum Laboris Amazon Synod document?

Only a idiot (a person of low intelligence) would say Francis is not the driving force behind the document.

Although another type could say the above:

A useful idiot that is one who is unwittingly assisting a totalitarian agenda without comprehending that he is cynically being used by the totalitarian agenda's leader.

So for all the idiots and useful idiots who might claim Francis isn't behind the document here are Francis's words where he says he can numerate and even categorize the Instrumentum Laboris agenda.

When he was asked if ordaining men is a main purpose of the document:

"Absolutely not," he [Francis] said.

Is is simply a number of the Instrumentum Laboris."
(LifeSiteNews, "Pope insists Amazon Synod will focus on environment, not married priests," August 14, 2019)

Cardinal Burke is not a idiot so he knows that Francis is the driving force behind the document and the Synod.

So if Burke is not a idiot or a useful idiot and believes that Francis is the driving force behind "apostasy" then he must act.

First, he must issue the correction as he said he would if Francis didn't answer the Dubia questions.

Next, since he told Patrick Coffin there are "grounds... for calling into question the validity of the [Francis] election" and, moreover, said "I don't think I have the facts, and there have to be facts, to prove that" then he must act on those statements.
(Patrick Coffin show, "Dubia Cardinal Goes on Record - Raymond Cardinal Burke," 19:55 to 21:46)

He must call an investigation on Francis's conclave to find the "facts" on if Francis is a pope or a antipope.

Cardinal Burke must by himself if need be act like St. Bernard of Clairvaux who single handedly investigated if the supposed Pope Anacletus II was a pope or a antipope.

Put in simple terms, Cardinal Burke has a choices: Be another St. Bernard or be a useful idiot.

Pray an Our Father now for the restoration of the Church.

Note: I want to apologize to Cardinal Burke because in the original post I wrote he "apparently is not a idiot." I deleted "apparently" because it is obvious that he has high intelligence. I am sorry that I didn't clean or edit that out earlier.

Cdl. Burke: The "Grounds... for... [In]validity of the [Francis] Election would be... Campaign Organized Beforehand which is Strictly Forbidden"

Patrick Coffin on his YouTube show asked Cardinal Raymond Burke:

"I was wondering rather if those rules [of the 2013 conclave that elected Francis] were violated and rather or not the whole election of Francis may be invalid. Is there any foundation for that speculation?"

Cardinal Burke answered:

"The only grounds that could be used for calling into question the validity of the election would be were the election organized by a campaign beforehand which is strictly forbidden and that would be difficult to demonstrate..."

"... If these persons [the St. Gallen Mafia of liberal cardinals] engaged in a active campaign first to undermined Pope Benedict XVI and at the same time to engineer the election of someone [Francis] then that could be a argument. I don't think I have the facts, and there have to be facts, to prove that. That's all I have to say about that."
(Patrick Coffin show, "141: Dubia Cardinal Goes on the Record - Raymond Cardinal Burke (Free Version)," Premiered 13 hours ago, 19:55 to 21:46)

Coffin about a minute later said "Bishop Henry Rene Gracida... has written a Open Letter to the cardinals saying only a imperfect synod could be called and resolve this."

My question to Cardinal Burke is:

Why would proving that the St. Gallen Mafia "undermined Pope Benedict XVI and at the same time engineer[ed] the election of someone [Francis]" be "very difficult to demonstrate"?

Finally, One Peter Five publisher Steve Skojec and his collaborator Dr. Taylor Marshall must be shaking in their boots for their credibility because they have been claiming that it was virtually impossible under any GROUNDS for the Francis conclave to be invalid.

Skojec said Coffin by merely mentioning Bishop Gracida's Open Letter and the possibility of a invalid Francis conclave believed a "outlandish conspiracy theory."
(Twitter, December 8, 2018, 9:43AM)

Does Skojec claim that Cardinal Burke believes in a "outlandish conspiracy theory"?

Marshall, it appears, has been saying that anyone who dares claim that there is evidence about the invalidity of the Francis papacy is promoting "Sedevacantism" and Taylor seems to promote the offense against God that people who doubt the validity of the Francis papacy should not attend Mass where Francis is commemorated.
(Taylor Marshall's "Good Luck" Tweet)

In a previous post, I suggested that if this is the case then Marshall may need to go to confession for apparently promoting the mortal sin of not attending Sunday Mass since even excommunicants are obligated to attend Mass under the penalty of mortal sin.

Does Marshall claim that Cardinal Burke is promoting "Sedevacantism"?

Pray an Our Father now for Bishop Gracida's call for a imperfect synod to be called to investigate the validity of the 2013 conclave.

Is Francis's Amazon Synod about "Nazi Ecology," Nazi "Volkgeist" & "Pre-Christian Beliefs, Half-Baked Catechism Precepts, and Outright Superstitions"?

After a few photo ops with the Indigenous Amazonians, the Francis Vatican Amazon Synod got down to it's real business as the Synod working document said in part II:

"Integral Ecology: The Cry of the Earth"

As reported on LifeSiteNews, Roberto de Mattei said the working document is about a "eco-theology which proposes a pantheist... 'cosmo-vision' unacceptable for a Catholic."

Where does this eco-vision originate in the modern world?

It appears that Francis's eco-theology echoes the Nazi ideology of "deep ecology" in giving nature intrinsic value "independent of all human considerations."

This isn't the first time Francis and his Vatican have spoken of the "cry of the earth" and sins against nature. Gloria.tv reported:

"Francis noticed that he has rarely heard penitents accusing themselves in confession of violated nature... because 'we are not yet aware of this sin.'"
(Gloria.tv "For Francis Formication Seems to Be Okay - His New Sin Is "Violating Nature," February 11, 2019)

Catholics have been aware of stewardship of God's creation, but never of sins against nature.

The only sin against nature for Catholics is the sin of homosexuality. Francis and his inner circle don't seem to have a big problem with that sin.

However, the pagan Nazis' ideology did believe one could "violate nature."

French philosopher Luc Ferry shows how Francis's apparent attributing of intrinsic value to nature originated in the modern world in Adolf Hitler's Nazi ideology:

"In... Nazi ecology... the central theme of deep ecology: the idea that the natural world is worthy of respect in and of itself, independent of all human considerations."
("Conflicting Philosophies and International Trade Laws: Worldviews," Page 78)

Moreover, besides the pagan "Nazi... deep ecology" there appears to be other semi-idolatrous heretical ideas that will be in play at the Amazon Synod including a type of South American Nazi race idolatry and indigenous pagan "pre-Christian beliefs.

The editor of a papal biography on Francis Alejandro Bermudez explains that Francis's theology (which apparently will be the basis of the Amazon Synod) is about a Peronist version of German National Socialist or Nazi "volkgeist" and "pre-Christian [pagan] beliefs, half-baked catechism precepts, and outright superstitions":

The "biggest impact on Francis' thought were Jesuit Fr. Juan Carlos Scannone... a professor of young Fr. Bergoglio- as well as Argentinian Fr. Lucio Gera."
(Catholic News Agency, "The theological formation of Pope Francis," March 17, 2018)

Scannone is a "second generation disseminator" of Gera's Theology of the People which governs Francis's thought and papacy according to Latin America and Pope Francis expert Claudio Ivan Remeseira.

Remeseira says the "thinking of Pope Francis has been shaped by two specifically Argentinian factors... Peronist theologians and priests [such as Scannone who] seek to reconcile their political beliefs with the ecclesiology of the People of God championed by Vatican II."

This amounted to a mixture of Franco-like Fascist Peronism with Peronist leftist secular socialism that was the "Argentine social-welfare state" which Remeseira called "National-populist ideology" and the belief that "popular culture is... the sign of the Holy Spirit's presence in the community":

"[T]he Peronist... terminology was reminiscent of Francoist Spain, but instead of turning the country into a National-Catholic regime, Peron turned around the relationship between Church and State... Argentina morphed into a secular National-populist ideology.... [with] [o]ther characteristics of Peronism common with Fascism... fervent nationalism... the identification of Party and Nation as one."

"The centerpiece of this ideology was the charismatic relationship between Leader and People... the religious undertones of Peronism were captured by Evita [wife of Peron], the [Virgin Mary-like] mediator between the Leader and the masses [the "People"]... When Evita died... a saint-like cult of her memory rapidly spread across the country."

"... The long established influence of German idealism [this relativistic philosophy is the basis of the Modernist heresy] in Argentine philosophy also played its part... [Modernist German] Cardinal Walter Kasper points out that during his doctoral studies in 1950s Germany, Gera 'became familiar with... the Tubingen school (of theology)... teachings about the spirit of the people', the volkgeist."

"The ethnic essentialism associated with the notion of the volk had a peculiar spin in Argentina... the mestizo population that had been displaced by the those immigrants. The displacement of the lesser-skilled labor force by the [Peronist] gringos... [a] majority of the Argentinian churchmen- including Bergoglio- were themselves first or second generation European ["gringos"] immigrants; their awareness of, and in some cases, their feelings of guilt, help explain their support for Peron and their entrenched dislike of capitalism."

"In this theology, the People are defined in a narrow sense as the poor and the dispossessed..."

"... [the "People's"] Latin American Catholicism... a suspicious mélange of pre-Christian beliefs, half-baked Catechism precepts, and outright superstitions. Gera... develop[ed]... as key to the spiritual renovation of the Church."
(Medium, "Pope Francis, Peron and God's People: The Political Religion of Jorge Mario Bergoglio," September 17, 2017)

Renowned theologian Tracey Rowland says that the "Argentinian 'People's Theology'" gives:

A "privileged epistemological standing to the 'people' similar to that given to the proletariat class by Marxist theorists and to the 'Volk' by the German National Socialist...To European ears', the notion of 'the people' enjoying some kind of special epistemological status is strongly evocative of the National Socialist concept of the 'Volk'... Scannone would argue... their spirituality is based on [popular culture as explained by Gera] Christian beliefs, not Norse mythology."
(Catholic Theology, page 182)

To a large extent, Francis's Theology of the People, it appears, is not based on Revelation, but German relativistic heretical Modernism.

Francis's thinking appears, to a large extent, to be based on a Argentinian Modernist version of German Volk or People of God theology that believes the "key to the spiritual renovation of the Church" is the People's "pre-Christian beliefs, half-baked Catechism precepts and outright superstitions" and is "strongly evocative of the [German] National Socialist concept of the 'Volk'" as well as the Argentinian Peronist mixture of Franco-like Fascist and leftist socialist secular political beliefs.

Please pray a Our Father now for the restoration of the Church.

Is "New Age" Hegelian Francis's Amazon Synod about "the Very Distinction between Good and Evil [being] Obliterated"?

On August 9, Crux reported that Francis said:

"When asked why he convened a synod on the Amazon, Francis said, 'It is the ‘child’ of Laudato si’.'"

It is important to show that what Francis is promoting in Laudato si is what I think is a sub-set of Pantheism called Panentheism.

The Washington Post explains that his radical environmental encyclical Laudato si teaches Panentheism:

'''The universe unfolds in God, who fills it completely. Hence, there is a mystical meaning to be found in a leaf, in a mountain trail, in a dewdrop, in a poor person’s face. The ideal is not only to pass from the exterior to the interior to discover the action of God in the soul, but also to discover God in all things. [Quote from Laudato si.]'"

"Mystical nature panentheism in a papal encyclical! And with a nod to liberation theology! And with a footnote to the Sufi mystic Ali al-Khawas, no less."

"Whatever impact “Laudato Si’” has in the political world remains to be seen. But that the pope is here embracing a nature-based mysticism, a highly adumbrated anthropocentrism, and a radical “integral ecology” places the encyclical alongside the best of radical, progressive religious environmentalism — and far outside what even mainline Protestant denominations have affirmed heretofore."

What is Panentheism and why does it contradict Christianity?

Christian philosopher James N. Anderson spells out what it is and why it contradicts Christianity:

"There are many reasons why I reject panentheism, but in this post I want to mention just one. Panentheism comes from the Greek words for ‘all’, ‘in’, and ‘God’ — literally, “all-in-God-ism”. On this view, God is neither fully distinct from the universe (as in classical theism) nor identical with the universe (as in pantheism). Instead, the universe exists ‘in’ or ‘within’ God. The prepositions ‘in’ and ‘within’ are obviously not meant in a spatial sense (as in “Bob is in the kitchen”). Rather, they’re meant to capture the idea of ontological containment. God pervades and encompasses the universe in such an intimate fashion that there is an overlap or intersection between the being of God and the being of the universe. While God is more than the universe, there is no clear ontological distinction between God and the universe (which includes us, of course)."

"It’s not difficult to see the attractions of a panentheistic view of God. Who wouldn’t like to imagine that they’re within God — that their soul participates in the divine? Who wouldn’t like to think that — to put it somewhat crudely — they’re part of God? Such a view can do wonders for your self-esteem! (On the other hand, if you already have high self-esteem, panentheism nicely validates it.) Likewise, panentheism is convenient for legitimizing your lifestyle choices, whatever they happen to be. If it’s good enough for God, it’s good enough for me — and since it’s good enough for me, it must be good enough for God!'

Theism and Panentheism (not to scale)
"Despite these practical benefits, however, it seems to me that panentheism has a fundamental metaphysical flaw. According to biblical theism, God created the universe out of nothing and is ontologically distinct from it. There is a clean Creator-creation distinction. Moreover, God is not merely good (as though God were being judged by some external standard of goodness) but is goodness itself. God is the Absolute Good, the ultimate standard by which any other good is judged to be good. God is the norm and the universe is the normed (i.e., that which is subject to and judged by the norm). To use the classical categories, God is the Good, the True, and the Beautiful — originally, perfectly, and normatively. The universe is merely good (in part), true (in part), and beautiful (in part)."

"For the panentheist, however, matters must be very different indeed. Since the universe is in God, insofar as there is good in the universe there must be good in God. So far, so good — so to speak. But by the very same token, insofar as there is evil in the universe there must be evil in God. If the universe is a mixture of good and evil (which I take to be an obvious truth) then God must also be a mixture of good and evil, on the supposition that God contains the universe. Whatever pollutes the universe unavoidably pollutes God, on account of the ontological overlap between God and the universe."

"It follows that God cannot be the Absolute Good. If the panentheist takes seriously the reality of evil, he ought to conclude that God is not pure goodness. But then God can’t be the ultimate standard of goodness. So who or what is? The answer must be: nothing. For that standard would have to be independent of God, yet the panentheist maintains that everything is in God (“all-in-God”). In short, the root problem with panentheism is that it conflates the norm and the normed. Consequently, the very distinction between good and evil is obliterated. When there is no Absolute Good, there is no good at all — and therefore no evil."

The Christian Apologetics Alliance shows how Jesuit Karl Rahner's and apparently Francis's Panentheism is found "in New Age... syncretism":

"In discussing Panentheistic aspects of theologian Karl Rahner’s philosophy, authors Stanley Genz and Roger Olsen state that Rahner’s view implies that”the source of the difference between God and the world lies in God himself, and therefore the difference is not absolute” (20th Century Theology, InterVarsity Press, 1992, p. 249). Any stance which renders God’s interaction with the world a part of his nature or an interaction of necessity falls into the Panetheism category."

"Panentheism is also found commonly in the NEW AGE [my capitalization], forms of Christian-NEW AGE [my capitalization] syncretism (such as the beliefs expressed by Episcopal priest Matthew Fox), New Thought, Theosophy, and Neoplatonism."

Another panentheist was the philosopher Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel:

"For Hegel, God does not exist apart from creation, perfect and complete. Instead, Hegel holds that God is actualized through the world."
(Springer.com, "Hegelian Panentheism," November 15, 2012)

It appears that what Hegel may have been saying is "God [who] does not exist apart from creation is actualized through the world" by "fully assuming the incarnation."

In other words, we don't need God the Creator of us and the universe to keep us in existence at every moment. Nor do we need His Incarnation to redeem us from our sin. Instead God needs us to be "actualized" and come into "reality" in the "particular, concrete."

It appears that Francis is a Hegelian Panentheist. Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio wrote in 2006:

"It would be very difficult to make philosophy in the contemporary world by skipping Hegel... reality is always embodied, particular, concrete. There can be no access to universality without fully assuming the incarnation."
